In everything I do, I want to live and communicate my values. Being and working with people who share my values, or at least do not hold absolutely contrary guidelines, is what I strive for. As an entrepreneur, I also bear responsibility for society and the environment. 

I attach particular importance to treating all people with respect and dignity: Regardless of age, gender, sexual identification or orientation, ethnic origin, race, religion or ideology or disability. 

Honesty, decency and confidentiality are absolutely important to me in our cooperation. Only in this way can we achieve optimal results together and you can fully develop your potential. Only through careful handling of information is a trusting cooperation possible. And only those who treat others with respect will be able to get the best out of counselling, seminars, work, life and themselves.
